Midway is a property and construction office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. We buy, sell and rent in DHA and Bahria Town, and we take your plot from approved map to handed-over keys.
Two societies. We don’t work anywhere else.
Staying inside DHA and Bahria Town means we know which blocks are developed, which have possession, what a corner plot really adds, and who to talk to at each society office.

Rawalpindi & Islamabad
Phases 1 to 8 and Bahria Enclave. Plots, houses, apartments, shops and offices, from 5 marla to 2 kanal.
Our office is in Midway Commercial, Phase 7. Most of the Bahria houses we sell are a short drive from the desk, and we have stood inside them.

We shortlist plots and houses against your budget, check the file and the map at the society office, and stay with you through transfer.

A price based on recent deals in the same block, buyers from our own list, and the NDC and transfer paperwork handled for you.

Houses, upper portions and offices for owners and tenants. We draw up the agreement and help with the tenant’s police registration.

Shops, offices and commercial plots in the society markets, Midway Commercial included.
Building

Grey structure
Excavation to roof slab on your plot, built to the approved map, with the society’s inspections booked at each stage.

Turnkey houses
Grey structure plus finishing: plaster, electrics, plumbing, tiles, woodwork and paint, under one contract.

Maps and approvals
Architectural drawings made to DHA or Bahria bylaws and taken through the society’s approval process.

Renovation
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and full refits of older houses, including houses you are about to buy.
Living abroad?
Many of our clients are overseas Pakistanis. We buy, sell, rent out and build for you while you are away: site photos and video calls from the plot, rent collected on your behalf, and paperwork through power of attorney.

Drawings made to the bylaws for your plot size, then submitted. Nothing goes in the ground before the map is approved.

Plaster, wiring, plumbing, tiles, woodwork, glass and paint, with material choices signed off by you.
Completion certificate from the society, a walk-through with you, and the keys.
